Our program is specifically designed for young people aged 10 and above, addressing common challenges such as exam nerves, lack of focus during study sessions, motivation for homework, and the fear of underperforming. We understand the unique pressures facing today's teenagers, and we're here to help them overcome these obstacles with StudyCalm™.

Here’s what to expect from StudyCalm™:

The StudyCalm™ course aims to help individuals alleviate exam-related stress and anxiety through an integrated approach that combines various therapeutic techniques. The course consists of four modules:

Module 1: Understanding Thoughts And How They Create Reality

  • This module explores the relationship between thoughts, physiology, emotions, behaviours, habits, and beliefs. It highlights how negative thinking patterns can impact exam performance and long-term beliefs about capabilities.

Module 2: #brainhacks

  • This module provides strategies, or "#brainhacks," to override stress responses triggered by persistent negative thinking. It aims to help individuals shift from the "Flight & Fight" response to the "Rest & Digest" mode to enhance studying and exam performance.

Module 3: Self Hypnosis / Recordings / Meditations

  • In this module, participants learn about self-hypnosis, meditation, and relaxation techniques to cultivate a calm and confident mindset. The module emphasises the use of hypnosis and meditation recordings to manage stress and foster positive learning behaviours.

Module 4: Understanding the Four Stages of Learning

  • This module delves into the four stages of learning and how individuals can navigate through them effectively. It provides insights into the learning process and strategies for optimising study habits and outcomes.

StudyCalm™ ​ is offered as an individual coaching programme or in small group sessions (maximum 10 participants). After four sessions, your child will emerge equipped with invaluable #brainhacks to bolster their well-being. They will have mastered techniques for stress management, learn to rewire negative thought patterns, and embrace serenity through mind-body connection, breathing exercises, and creative intention. Additionally, our individual coaching sessions, accompanied by personalised audio recordings, ensure that these empowering habits persist long after the program concludes. ​The group programme can be supplemented with individual coaching. Individual sessions can include personalised audio recordings to listen to between sessions and to maintain the habits after the course.
